"Pick someone else! I had no problems until I moved and cancelled my policy because I found cheaper coverage elsewhere. They confirmed my policy was cancelled and I wouldn't be charged, except two days later I was charged. When I called, they told me it would be refunded "in about a week." I waited the full week and an extra day for good measure before reaching out again. This time, no response. I've emailed Ben directly and called and no one has responded. I finally had to call my bank to get it reversed, which is in process, but then today I get another bill from State Farm letting me know my autopay is scheduled. Luckily, my bank is aware and will block further charges, but this is unacceptable behavior. I'm not even angry they charged me if they had just been responsible and reversed it themselves. But to ignore someone and steal from them? Not a company that deserves anyone's business."

Her Professionalism and Efforts to find the best Car Insurance rate for me was beyond 5 Gold Star Customer Service! "I was scammed out of almost 3k. One of Ben’s employees wrote up my flood zone incorrectly which resulted in 2 years of me having to pay for flood when I put on the original documents I did not want it. For over a year I tried to rectify the problem by calling and Brianna answering and saying multiple times I’m required to have it when in actuality I’m not required until 2027. I had to switch agents as most of my calls were not answered when I needed them. Upon doing that is when the new State Farm agent pointed out the mistake Ben’s office made. Within just the last month I have called his office 3 times to rectify the situation to get my money back to no avail. Unfortunately on to the next step. Bens office was the most unorganized understaffed and incompetent insurance agency I have ever worked with. Please check your forms and make sure especially your flood zones match on your policy so you are also not getting ripped off. I’m disappointed in Ben for hiding and not calling me back when Brianna and other staff have fully filled you in on the mistake that cost me thousands. Hope this helps others when choosing which State Farm agent to go with."
